Our Story
Born in the Smokies

Top Concepts was founded in 2013 in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee with one simple mission: create experiences so incredible that guests can't stop talking about them. What started as a single attraction has grown into one of the most recognized family entertainment companies in the region.

Partners Chucky Blalock, Chris Coates, and Ryan Grab built Top Concepts on the belief that every guest — whether a kid on their first vacation or a family returning year after year — deserves a jaw-dropping, unforgettable OMG moment.

Today, Top Concepts operates seven unique venues across Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, employs 300+ team members year-round, and has earned national recognition including USA Today's Best New Attraction and Best Mini Golf in America.
